PRINCIPAL JULIUS LUCAS
Mr. Lucas is a graduate of Cleveland High School. He received his his Bachelor of Science in education and his Masters Degree in education supervision from Delta State University. He is currently a specialist candidate in curriculum and instruction at Mississippi College. He has served as a principal at West Bolivar High School in Rosedale and a principal at Carver Elementary School in Indianola. He has also served as an assistant principal and principal at Leflore County High School.
ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL DEIRDRE KEYS BROWNLEE
Mrs. Brownlee is an 2004 honors graduate of Greenwood High School. She received her Bachelor degree in industrial technology with a concentration in airway systems and electronics from Jackson State University. She completed her teacher’s certification at Belhaven University. Mrs. Brownlee received her Master’s of Arts in Teaching from Mississippi Valley State University in 2013. She received a specialist in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University in 2015. Mrs. Brownlee is a prospective recipient of her Doctorate of Education in May 2020. She has served as a teacher, science fair coordinator, and Principal Designee at W.C. Williams Elementary. She has also served as a 5th grade science teacher, lead teacher, lead teacher and science fair coordinator Lead Teacher for Threadgill Elementary. Mrs. Brownlee has also served as Science Fair coordinator and has remediate Biology and Science courses for Greenwood Public School District.
